Elisa participated on a panel titled “Excess Coverage: Umbrella v. Follow-Form, Obligations between Primary and Excess; Reporting to Excess; Claims in Excess of Limits; and Burning Limits,” which discussed excess and umbrella insurance coverage issues and recent noteworthy decisions.
