Simpson Thacher Head of the Fund Finance Practice Mary Touchstone and Corporate Counsel Julia Kohen contributed to Global Legal Insights’ Fund Finance 2018. Mary and Julia co-authored a chapter titled, “Common ground: Achieving a commercial result for borrowers and lenders,” which highlighted ways in which subscription facilities can be structured to accommodate fund burrowing needs, address lender concerns and sensitivities and achieve a mutually beneficial and commercial result for all parties.
