Litigation Partners Bill Russell and Lynn Neuner authored an article entitled “A Review of ‘Myers v. Schneiderman’” in the October 16, 2017 edition of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses the New York Court of Appeals’ recent decision in Myers v. Schneiderman that rejected efforts to exempt a physician’s prescription of lethal doses of drugs to terminally ill patients from New York’s prohibition on assisted suicide.
