Partner Abram Ellis and Associates Olenka Burghardt and Jane Jho authored a LexisNexis article titled, “Comparison of Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and New York LLC Transparency Act (LLCTA),” which discussed similarities between the federal CTA and state LLCTA.
