Corporate Partner Risë Norman and Associates Sean Dougherty, Arielle Katzman and Jenna Barton authored a chapter for Practicing Law Institute’s Financial Product Fundamentals treatise titled, “Special Purpose Acquisition Companies.” The chapter provides an extensive overview of the history of SPACs and their formation, capital structure and warrant coverage.
