Corporate Partners Peter Gilman, Jennifer Levitt and Michael Wolitzer authored an article published by the American Investment Council titled, “Liquidity Alternatives for Private Funds in a Post COVID-19 World.” The article examines several innovative financing techniques and alternative liquidity solutions that have developed or evolved for private equity sponsors since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
