Litigation Partners Nick Goldin and Mark Stein co-authored a chapter in the first edition of Global Investigations Review’s The Guide to Monitorships. Written by specialists with first-hand experience of working with or as monitors, the guide addresses all the key issues involving monitorships and how they work in practice.
