Elizabeth Cooper, Co-Head of the Firm’s Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, and Mergers and Acquisitions Partner Katherine Krause will speak at the 18^th annual with.Intelligence Women’s Private Equity Summit on March 4 in a session titled, “A Brave New M&A World: The Structures, Solutions and Strategies Shaping the Landscape.” Elizabeth will facilitate a discussion on, “The Future of PE GPs: Industry Consolidation and Succession,” and Katherine will lead a discussion titled, “The Quest to Deploy and Realize Capital: M&A On the Way In & On the Way Out.” The conversations will focus on the future of private equity, particularly regarding trends in consolidation and succession planning within the industry, as well as examine the structures and strategies involved in capital deployment and exit solutions through M&A.
