Simpson Thacher’s Tokyo office recently represented the underwriters, for which BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by ORIX Corporation (“ORIX”) of $700 million of 4.650% Senior Notes due 2029. The offering was made pursuant to ORIX’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.
ORIX is one of the leading financial services companies in Japan, providing a broad range of commercial and consumer finance products and services to Japanese and overseas customers.
