Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters, for which Nomura Securities International, Inc. and BofA Securities, Inc. acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by Nomura Holdings, Inc. (“Nomura”) of $900 million of 6.07% Senior Notes due 2028 and $600 million of 6.087% Senior Notes due 2033. The offering was made pursuant to Nomura’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.
