Simpson Thacher represented CBRE Group in connection with an offering by CBRE Services of $1 billion in aggregate principal amount of 5.95% Senior Notes due 2034. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of any loans outstanding from time to time under its revolving credit facility.
CBRE Group (NYSE: CBRE), a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company headquartered in Dallas, is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm (based on 2022 revenue).
