Partner Benjamin Wells spoke at the virtual 2021 IPA New and Emerging Sponsor Workshop Series on July 15th, which was hosted by the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA). Ben was a featured speaker on a panel titled, “Registered Product Structure Overview.” Panelists included attorneys who advise on the creation of registered offerings such as REITs, BDCs and 1940 Act Funds, and the discussion centered around the characteristics of and considerations surrounding these product structures.
The series features leaders from across the IPA community discussing industry topics related to ongoing issues and solutions for those in the fundraising space.
