Funds Partner Peter Gilman was quoted in a Law360 article titled, “4 Trends Shaping Private Equity's Pandemic Rebound.” The article explored the very active private equity market in the first half of 2021, noting the record-breaking value of buyouts and exits, as well as trends in the space. Peter noted that larger, established sponsors are benefitting from the deepening of their relationships with key longstanding investors that occurred throughout the pandemic and which has allowed them to more easily fundraise during the first half of the year than their greener counterparts.
