Corporate Partner Mark Brod spoke on a panel titled “SPACs, Direct Listings, and Other Innovations in Capital Formation” on June 14th at an event organized by The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and sponsored by The University of Pennsylvania Institute for Law & Economics. The panel addressed potential issues presented by recent development with SPACs and possible SEC responses and was moderated by John Coates, the General Counsel of the SEC.
