Litigation Partners Marc Berger and Brooke Cucinella and Senior Advisor Bill Hinman spoke to members of Extraordinary Women on Boards (“EWOB”) in a webinar titled “Trends and Developments in the Enforcement/Regulatory Landscape” on June 29th. Marc, Brooke and Bill, who have served in senior SEC leadership positions and/or as federal prosecutors, addressed recent regulatory and enforcement developments and provided insight into the relevance and potential impact of those developments for board directors.
EWOB is a peer-to-peer community that focuses on board excellence, and aims to raise the presence and influence of women in the boardroom. Members, who serve on at least one public or private for-profit board, focus on discovering actionable insights and smart questions to bring back to boardrooms. EWOB includes hundreds of women corporate board directors from across the U.S. and seven other countries.
