Simpson Thacher represented funds affiliated with KKR & Co. Inc. in connection with a secondary offering of Class A common stock of Focus Financial Partners by the KKR funds in which KKR exited its remaining position in Focus. The sale of 7,144,244 shares in the aggregate raised approximately $356 million in gross proceeds.
