Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, among others, in connection with the registered public offering by Oracle Corporation (“Oracle”) of $2.75 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.65% Senior Notes due 2026, $2 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.3% Senior Notes due 2028, $3.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.875% Senior Notes due 2031, $2.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.65% Senior Notes due 2041, $3.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.95% Senior Notes due 2051 and $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.1% Senior Notes due 2061.
The net proceeds of the offerings are intended to be used for general corporate purposes, which includes the repayment of indebtedness, and may also include payment of cash dividends on its common stock, stock repurchases and future acquisitions.
