Restructuring Partner Nicholas Baker and Associate Jamie Fell participated in a webinar on January 7th hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Business Reorganization Committee. The virtual panel was titled, “Midstream Contracts in Chapter 11: Covenants Running with the Land?” and discussed the treatment of real property covenants and midstream contracts in chapter 11 proceedings, among other topics. Nick was a featured panelist and Jamie helped coordinate the webinar.
