Partner Sandy Qusba, Head of the Firm’s Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice, was selected among this year’s “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers” by Turnarounds & Workouts. Sandy was recognized for his work on some of the largest and most significant restructurings in recent history. This includes advising on the restructuring of syncreon Group—the first U.S.-based company to restructure its debt using English schemes of arrangement—and global agricultural company Pyxus International’s prepackaged financial restructuring, as well as for his role representing the Board of Directors of PG&E in the company’s chapter 11 proceedings, among others.
