The Firm represented Neogrid Participações S.A. (“Neogrid”) and the selling shareholders, in connection with the initial public offering of 94,000,000 common shares of Neogrid on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (“B3”), raising R$423 million in gross proceeds.
The common shares were offered to qualified institutional buyers in the United States under Rule 144A and to non-U.S. persons in reliance on Regulation S. Neogrid’s common shares will trade on the B3 under the ticker symbol “NGRD3.”
Neogrid is a Brazilian software as a service (SaaS), data and technology company specialized in solving challenges of the global supply chain by connecting business partners, and integrating and synchronizing their operations.
