Sara Razi Quoted in GCR on Competition and Consumer Protection Enforcement

Litigation Partner Sara Razi was quoted in a Global Competition Review article titled, “Two mandates, one goal,” which outlined how antitrust enforcers worldwide have merged competition and consumer protection mandates. Though the U.S. has combined some antitrust and consumer protection enforcement under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Sara—a former FTC official—noted that, in many ways, the Bureau of Competition and the Bureau of Consumer Protection are “like two separate agencies within the FTC.”
