Simpson Thacher is representing Refinitiv in connection with its acquisition of Giact Systems, LLC (“Giact”). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close before the end of 2020.
Giact, headquartered in Allen, Texas, is a leader in fraud prevention in the United States and has nearly 1,000 customers for whom it provides a range of services in payment and identity verification and authentication.
