Partner Benjamin Wells spoke at the virtual IPAVision 2020 conference on October 28th hosted by the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA). Ben was a featured speaker on a panel titled, “The Transformation of Publicly Registered Funds.” The discussion focused on the pros and cons of accessing commercial real estate in perpetual non-listed REITs, modern day life-cycle non-listed REITs, interval funds and tender offer funds, among other topics.
