Corporate Partner Roxane Reardon was profiled in Law360 as an “MVP” in Capital Markets for 2020. The profile highlighted that in the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, Roxane worked on more than $35 billion in capital markets transactions. Notably, she advised on Carnival’s $6.59 billion debt offering amidst the pandemic. The complex offering included approximately $2 billion from a mix of convertible notes and common stock, as well as more than $4 billion in senior secured notes across two tranches. "It was clearly an all hands on deck effort across a number of areas," Roxane said. "It required strength and excellence across the firm in being able to work with Carnival and their team to accomplish this mission-critical effort."
