Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters, for which Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by Nomura Holdings, Inc. (“Nomura”) of $1.5 billion of 1.851% Senior Notes due 2025 and $1 billion of 2.679% Senior Notes due 2030. The offering was made pursuant to Nomura’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.
