The Firm represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A and Reg S offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Senior Notes due 2027 by SBA Communications Corporation (“SBA Communications”). Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc., TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, among others, acted as joint bookrunning managers for the offering. The notes were issued under the same indenture as the $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Senior Notes due 2027 by SBA Communications, which were issued on February 4, 2020 and constitute part of the same series as such notes. The offering closed on May 26, 2020.
SBA Communications is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications tower structures, rooftops and other structures that support antennas used for wireless communications.
