Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in $1 Billion Notes Offering by Equifax

The Firm represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities, in a registered offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.6% Senior Notes due 2025 and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.1% Senior Notes due 2030 by Equifax Inc. (“Equifax”).
Equifax intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of existing indebtedness.
Equifax is a global data, analytics and technology company providing information solutions and human resources business process outsourcing services for businesses, governments and consumers.
