Simpson Thacher Represents Underwriters in $900 Million Senior Notes Offering by Hyatt

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, and J.P. Morgan in a registered public offering by Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) of $900 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes, consisting of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2025 and $450 million aggregate principal amount of 5.75% Senior Notes due 2030.

Hyatt is a global hospitality company with a portfolio of  widely recognized, industry-leading brands. Hyatt’s subsidiaries develop, own, operate, manage, franchise, license or provide services to a portfolio of properties, consisting of hotels, resorts and other properties, including branded spas and fitness studios, timeshare, fractional and other forms of residential, vacation and condominium ownership units.
