(“Berkshire”), consisting of ¥56.3 billion of 0.674% Senior Notes due 2023, ¥41.6 billion of 0.879% Senior Notes due 2025, ¥29 billion of 1.002% Senior Notes due 2027, ¥18.3 billion of 1.11% Senior Notes due 2030, ¥25.8 billion of 1.585% Senior Notes due 2040, ¥18.5 billion of 1.779% Senior Notes due 2050 and ¥6 billion of 2% Senior Notes due 2060. The offering closed on April 16, 2020.
