Corporate Partner Rajib Chanda was quoted in a Fund Directions article titled, “Covid-19 forcing boards to consider reevaluation of annual 15(c) review formats.” The article highlights the difficulties boards across the fund governance industry are facing as they begin their 15(c) advisory contract review and renewal process. While advisory contract renewals usually take place over multiple meetings, amid the coronavirus pandemic, boards and advisers are turning to other solutions, such as rescheduling meetings and hosting calls. Rajib notes, “[f]rankly, it would shock me if anybody were even thinking about doing something in person anytime in the next several months. Even if people are returning to work, I don’t think people are going to be traveling and congregating in large numbers.”
