Rajib Chanda Quoted in The Wall Street Journal on Relief for Mutual Funds Amidst Coronavirus Pandemic

Corporate Partner Rajib Chanda was quoted in The Wall Street Journal in an article titled, “SEC Gives Relief to Mutual Funds Facing Redemption Issues.” The article highlighted the Securities and Exchange Commission’s recent announcement that mutual funds will be able to get funding under relief from their parent asset-management companies and other affiliates in response to the market shock caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Rajib noted, “… there won’t be a run on open-end mutual funds because investors know they have expanded the sources of liquidity.”
