Corporate Partner Olga Gutman was interviewed in an episode of the Harvard Association for Law and Business (HALB) Leadership podcast, a student-run podcast with the goal of helping the current generation of law and pre-law students succeed and grow as leaders in the face of a changing legal profession. In the interview, Olga discussed topics ranging from her work as part of Simpson Thacher’s Investment Funds practice and her journey to making partner to the importance of law firms continuing to adapt to provide innovative solutions to clients’ needs. Olga also spoke about her role as co-chairperson of the Firm’s Attorney Development Committee and the programs and opportunities Simpson Thacher has in place to continuously promote associate growth, such as the Firm’s dedication to providing associates with exposure to more advanced work early in their careers and the STBReady program in partnership with Columbia Business School.
