Corporate Partner Jennifer Levitt spoke at the Fund Finance Association’s (FFA) 10th Annual Global Fund Finance Symposium on February 14 in Miami Beach. Jennifer spoke on a panel titled, “Hot Topics in Fund Finance,” which discussed sponsor, lender and investor fund financing considerations during the negotiation of the fund documentation and during the life of the financing. The discussion also touched on practical considerations for general partners, investors and financial institutions when certain events arise during the term of the financing.
