Building on the Firm’s efforts to provide leading-edge development and training to the next generation of lawyers, Simpson Thacher is proud to sponsor the Harvard Association for Law and Business (HALB) Leadership Podcast which launched on February 10. The goal of the student-run podcast is to help the current generation of law and pre-law students succeed and grow as leaders in the face of a changing legal profession.

Corporate Partner Olga Gutman was also interviewed in an episode of the podcast. She discussed topics ranging from her work as part of Simpson Thacher’s Investment Funds practice and her journey to making partner to the importance of law firms continuing to adapt to provide innovative solutions to clients’ needs, among others.
