Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters, for which Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. acted as representatives, in connection with the offering by Nomura Holdings, Inc. of $1.5 billion of 2.648% Senior Notes due 2025 and $1.5 billion of 3.103% Senior Notes due 2030. The offering was made pursuant to Nomura’s shelf registration statement on Form F-3 under the Securities Act.
