The common shares were offered to certain institutional investors in Brazil, to qualified institutional buyers in the United States under Rule 144A, and to non-U.S. persons in reliance on Regulation S. The shares of Marisa Lojas are traded on the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3) under the ticker symbol “AMAR3.”
Marisa Lojas is one of the largest chains of stores specialized in women’s fashion and lingerie, in terms of number of stores, and one of the largest department stores selling women’s, men’s and children’s clothing in Brazil.
