Cheryl Scarboro Speaks at 36th International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

Litigation Partner Cheryl Scarboro spoke at the American Conference Institute’s 36th International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act on December 4 in Washington, D.C. The conference is a premier event for the global anti-corruption community to network and benchmark how best to address high states global challenges. Cheryl spoke on a panel titled “The Expected and Unexpected Impact of U.S. v. Connolly: New Considerations for Handling Internal Investigations, Individual Prosecutions, De-Confliction and Other Government Requests,” which discussed the details and aftermath of U.S. v. Connolly, and the implications for internal investigations and enforcement moving forward.
