Litigation Partner Mary Beth Forshaw spoke at the 2019 ARIAS U.S. Fall Conference on October 4 in New York. Mary Beth spoke on a panel titled “Bench and Jury Trials, ARIAS and Other Arbitral Forums – What We Can Learn from Each Other,” which discussed the perceptions of various trial and arbitral systems, the differing considerations in trying cases before judges, juries and arbitrators, and the roles that arbitrators can play in bench and jury trials and international arbitrations, among other topics.
