The Firm recently represented the underwriters in connection with the public offering by Amphenol Corporation of $900 million of 2.8% Senior Notes due 2030. The offering closed September 10, 2019.
In addition, the Firm represented the dealer managers in connection with debt tender offers by Amphenol to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding $375 million of senior notes due 2021 and $500 million of senior notes due 2022. The tender offers were conducted on the basis of the five business day tender offer protocols.
