Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Real Estate Partners and Blackstone Tactical Opportunities in connection with the $1.15 billion refinancing of showroom properties operated by International Market Centers (IMC), a Blackstone portfolio company. The properties are located in Las Vegas, Nevada and High Point, North Carolina and are used to host trade shows for the furniture and gift industries.
International Market Centers is the world’s largest operator of premier showroom space for furniture, gift, home décor, rug and apparel industries. International Market Centers owns and operates nearly 20 million square feet of world-class exhibition space in High Point, North Carolina, Las Vegas and Atlanta.
