Jakob Rendtorff Named a 2019 “Rising Star” in M&A by The Deal

Corporate Partner Jakob Rendtorff was recently profiled by The Deal as a “Rising Star” in M&A for 2019. The publication honors 21 attorneys who were made partner in the past 12 months as the “most promising new M&A partners of 2019.” Jakob was recognized for several of his recent representations, including advising the special committee of GGP in Brookfield Property Partners’ $29.5 billion acquisition of GGP and representing Versum in its pending merger with Entegris.
