The Firm is representing USI Insurance Services (USI) in its announced acquisition of U.S. Risk Insurance Group (U.S. Risk). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

USI is a leading U.S. insurance brokerage and consulting firm, delivering property and casualty, employee benefits, personal risk and retirement solutions to large risk management clients, middle market companies, smaller firms and individuals. USI was acquired by KKR and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in 2017.
