Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, in connection with the inaugural registered bond offering by Waste Connections, Inc. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.25% Senior Notes due 2028, which closed on November 16, 2018. Waste Connections intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.
