The Firm is advising Vista Oil & Gas, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Vista") (BMV: VISTA), a special purpose acquisition company backed by Riverstone, in connection with a $300 million bridge facility supporting the proposed acquisition of a fully operational oil and gas platform from Pampa Energía S.A. and Pluspetrol Resources Corporation with interests in certain exploitation concessions, assessment blocks and exploration permits in Argentina. Vista is a Latin American oil and gas company and the first Mexican pure E&P listed company on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
