Litigation Partners Jon Youngwood and Paul Gluckow will participate at Practising Law Institute's “Securities Litigation 2015: From Investigation to Trial” seminar on April 22, 2015. Jon will co-chair and speak on three panels, “The Investigation: Coordinating Requests from Government Regulators,” “Prosecuting and Defending the Civil Action: Class Certification, Fact Discovery, Experts and Summary Judgement Motions” and “Trial of the Civil Action or Arbitration.” Paul will speak on the panel, “Ethical Issues in Complex Securities Litigation.”
