Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by joint bookrunning managers J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, in connection with a registered secondary offering consisting of 3,994,390 common shares at a price to the public of $18.50 per share, including 521,008 shares sold in connection with the full exercise of the option to purchase additional shares granted to the underwriters.
