Simpson Thacher represented the lead arrangers and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, in connection with a $375 million, second lien term loan facility for Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (“Lions Gate”), which refinanced Lions Gate’s existing second lien term loan facility.
