Urgent Notice Regarding Fraudulent Spam Emails

The Firm has been made aware that spam/phishing email messages purporting to be from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP are being sent to contacts outside the Firm. These messages did not originate from Simpson Thacher.
These scam emails are fraudulent and malicious, and likely contain one of the following subject lines:
- Notice to quit the occupied premises
- Urgent Eviction Notice
- Urgent Court Notice
- Notice to appear in court
- Vacate Notice
- Notice to exit the premises
If you have received such an email, please do not click on any links contained in it, and immediately delete it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
