Simpson Thacher represented Molibdenos y Metales S.A. (“Molymet”) in connection with its $200 million term loan. Molymet, is a Chilean company that works in the treatment and processing of molybdenum and related products, which are used in many and various industrial activities.
The Simpson Thacher team included David Williams, Carolina Gonzalez Diaz, Karen McClendon and Eric Schulman (Banking & Credit); and Taylor Alexander (Tax).
