The Firm represented OHL Concesiones, S.A.U. in connection with a secondary offering pursuant to Rule 144A/Regulation S of 130,000,000 shares of common stock representing a 7.5% stake of OHL Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V., its Mexican subsidiary listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$285 million. Following the offering, OHL Concesiones continues to hold 56% of OHL Mexico. No shares were offered in Mexico.
